Our Strategic Focus
Inequalities in education is multifaceted, manifesting in different layers. Many students who come from disadvantaged backgrounds often are unable to find effective support systems that facilitate their stay on campus through the duration of their programs
Statistics show that Ghana has a youth unemployment rate of 12% and over 50% underemployment. CEID seeks to sharpen the employability and problem-solving skills of students graduates, preparing them for the job market
CEID works with young men and young ladies through consultation and engagement of influential groups on gender and equality related issues. CEID continuously works at investigating and finding solutions to inequalities in the higher education space among other initiatives
One of the strategic focuses of CEID is to mentor and develop talent through leadership seminars and other competency development programs. This drive aims to help shape and start off young leaders through the experiences of key players in industry
CEID strives to bring capacity and skills development to the doorstep of corporate, non-profits, and private sector organizations. We work with organizations to tailor training solutions in ways that are context relevant for institutional capacity
CEID has a rich composition of highly skilled trainers with diverse expertise, pulled together from all fields. CEIDs Capacity Building and Consultancy work spans all regions in Ghana and the West Africa Sub-region delivering tailor made programs to suit every organization’s need

Prince J. N. Otoo, is a volunteer of CEID and student teacher of Komenda college of education. He aspires to extend his capabilities and contributions to every corner of the world and is passionate about educating children.
He operates with the philospophy that being physically challenged should not limit one’s ability to live a meaningful life. Throughout his life, he has demonstrated this by engaging in a lot of voluntary work in his community like teaching kusaal classes to adults, organizing groups such as persons with disabilities and widows in groups and linking them to relevant resources
Marcus Ashiangmor, graduate of University of Ghana and former Youth Observer for the United Nations, and now a volunteer for CEID. He loves to volunteer and help the vulnerable. He enjoys researching into world politics and history.
Selasie Akorli, is a committed and experienced teaching professional, who loves working with children and contributing to their development. Due to his believe and practice of the constructivism teaching philosophy, has been recognized for his work in enhancing the learning experience for my learners and enabling learners of all ages get the most from their time in the Primary and Junior High Schools.
Andrew Godlove KPARE is a development practitioner with over a decade of experience working with various Social Enterprises in the Upper East region of Ghana. He volunteers with CEID and shares in the passion of the organization to preserve and deploy oral traditions and folklore in re-shaping the moral fabric of modern society and especially among children.
David Sebbie Sackey volunteers for CEID. He is a graduate of Akatsi College of Education, a blogger and a website manager. He is passionate contributing to child education and strives to make the environment a better place.
Dosty Twum Acheampong is a graduate from the university of Ghana, he is a passionate advocate for education and innovation who joined our team as a dedicated volunteer. Dosty is a strong believer in the power of learning and hopes to impact his community and the country at large.
